OUR CALL CENTER 

We have 40 CATI position, 80 bilingual interviewers, supervisors and project managers.

Our call center is provided with Askia software, internet upload and downloads 50 Megs. Our IT team is available for installation of specifically programs and software necessary to meet our clients goals.

 

Call costs - You can choose to have direct contact with our suppliers and manage telephony costs or we can manage it for you.
