By signing up as a Member, you allow Kampo to receive your data and become the controller and responsible for your personal information. The information is stored in our own database.

2. Selection for market research

If you signed up for our community and your profile was selected to participate in a market research project, we will:

 

• Please contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp for quality control purposes before the survey, if necessary we will ask for some more information to confirm that you are in the survey profile.

• Confirmed profile - We will inform you what the survey is about, the period that will occur. The formalization of your recruitment for a specific survey will be confirmed by email.

• We will share your personal demographic data (Age / Gender / Social Class / City) necessary for the research activity with the client, according to your original consent.

• We may contact you during the research project to verify progress.

• Our client may contact you after conducting the survey or other activity, to follow up on the ideas generated during the discussion, but will not contact you for any other purpose, unless otherwise agreed.

If you signed up for a research project through a third party, they will remain the Data Controller for your processes and provide more details through their Privacy Notices.

After participating in the research activity, we will keep the data you have provided us for a period of 2 years. This is a legitimate interest, to facilitate quality control and validation.

5. Incentives

Some of our surveys offer the participant an incentive for participating in research studies. The incentive payment happens when you participate 100% in the project, the client confirms that your participation was 100%. Payment is always made via bank deposit within 30 days after completion of the research project.
